I set a fire to the moon shape
We are just shadows in the cascades of history.
Sometimes it’s hard to say whether I really love Dublin or I just have my experience skewed by not really leaving D6 except to buy secondhand books and generally having the tab picked up by the most successful company in history. But right at the moment it impresses me more than Paris.
Anyway, that’s where I was during Martin Armstrong’s 2015.75 turning point, on stage (and frankly bringing down the house if I do say so) at the global HQ of you-know-who. Hence the radio silence during the absurd globalist circle-jerk at the UN, NASA doing its little ritual thing and the aforementioned peak in government.
With the benefit of distance, “in time”, this little corporatist seclusion was for the best, as its provided a coherence of thought regarding these interconnected issues.
Let’s start with 2015.75. With wizardly command of space-as-part-of-ritual, Armstrong was in Athens for a highly-recommended (paid vimeo) Q&A session with the director of his documentary. It was particularly interesting to hear the experience of the German director trying to hunt up any of Armstrong’s hundreds of media appearances and Bloomberg columns that should be on the internet from a time prior to his incarceration. This is a good example of what the changes to our media landscape are going to do to narrative formation during this inter-ruling-archon period. Here’s the trailer for the event from last week.
You will note that the quotes from the video talk about war and the beginning of a sovereign debt crisis. A sovereign debt crisis is physically expressed as pretty much the entire bond market moving from buyers to sellers at the one time.
This did not happen. To be clear, it will happen any week now as the majority of the business and investment world will tell you. But ‘any day now’ is very different to saying this exact day. For a start, much more of this money needs to rotate into bonds to call a bubble top:
Global equity markets have lost USD $13 trillion since the beginning of June. That’s gone to cash and short term government (and particularly US) bonds, so that short term yields are bouncing into negative. That money is pouring in from, among other places, the emerging markets. From Reuters:
Net capital flows to emerging markets will be negative this year for the first time since 1988, with foreign investment halving from last year and heavy outflows from residents, the Institute of International Finance said on Thursday.
“(The) decline has been driven by a sustained slowdown in EM growth, and in particular by uncertainty about China’s economy amid continuing concerns about the impact of the Fed’s eventual turn to raise U.S. interest rates,” the IIF said.
The outflows have put heavy pressure on emerging currencies, especially after China’s mid-August decision to devalue the yuan. The IIF noted that currency weakness in several countries such as Brazil, Ukraine and Colombia now exceeded the 25 percent threshold that is used to identify an external crisis.
This in turn raises concerns about emerging companies that have borrowed heavily in hard currency during the cheap credit years following the 2008-2009 global crisis.
Non-financial emerging corporate debt stood at $27 trillion, having risen by the equivalent of 30 percent of GDP in the past five years, Hung Tran, the IIF’s executive director, told reporters, calling the numbers “staggering”.
“All the research shows that the speed of incurring the debt plays a key role in the quality of the debt and the likelihood of the crisis,” Tran said.
We had the entire world watching the Federal Reserve last month to see if Yellen would raise rates…. she didn’t. If she had then with so much money pushed into the short end even small rate moves have outsized impact. It dramatically raises the cost of capital and servicing debts right across the world after the last few years of borrowing in dollars. More than half of Chinese commodity companies already cannot pay the interest on their debt, so what happens when the rates increase? Then we had the possibility of Congress refusing to raise the debt ceiling on the actual turning point: the evening of September 30. IF Yellen had raised rates then even more money would have been clamouring for government debt just as Congress was deciding that there is too much of it/it was becoming unserviceable. (Which it still is, obviously.)
What if that was what was ‘supposed’ to happen? What if that was what the model was predicting from three decades out? Given that Armstrong’s model is an unashamedly metaphysical one, that actually throws the ball into the magicians’ court for interpretation. Consider astrology.
Sef was in Dublin at the same time as me on unrelated business, and we got talking about our coping strategies for retrogrades, particularly Mercury -as this one has been an absolute doozy. In a very Sef way, his strategy is to assume the responsibilities of Mercury ‘while he is out of the office’, so to speak. Mine is to provide a sacrificial vector for retrograde expression: ie – spend time with an old school friend, pick up on a previous creative project, etc. The thinking behind this -behind both strategies, actually- is that it reduces the risk that the retrograde disrupts other parts of your life… it is a pressure release valve.
In his own words, this is Armstrong’s musing on the debt component of 2015.75:
Interestingly, the debt ceiling was kicked down the road to the precise date of the ECM turning point: September 30, 2015 (2015.75). Boehner had to resign; this has turned into a religious event and not just economics. This turning point from the debt perspective is interesting. The 1985.65 turning point produced the G5 and the Plaza Accord. That was the beginning of this Private Wave. It did not appear to be significant at the time, but it set in motion the change in trend in the dollar and the shift in capital that resulted in the 1987 crash, which concluded in that 4.3 wave at 1989.95 that culminated in the Tokyo Bubble.
Here at 2015.75, they are kicking the debt ceiling can down the road, assuming it can wait until December. However, Treasury Secretary Lew says the U.S. will run out of money by November. So it does not appear they will even make it to December. From here on out, this debt crisis will begin to get crazy as one domino falls after the other.
This feels vaguely eclipse-like to me. As most astrologers will tell you, if you don’t experience the ‘eclipsing out’ of something in your life during the actual event, there is a secondary opportunity precisely one month later for it to happen. I’m not saying this is exactly what’s happening here, but in a strange way, as the model becomes less precise in the physical, it may become more precise on the metaphysical… becoming another layer in your monthly forecast.
What did happen, then? How did the ECM turning point manifest if not a precisely-timed bond market collapse?
Oh, I’m ever so glad you asked.
New York’s Roman Triumph
In the week before and after our blood moon eclipse, while America seemed to be arguing about the fate of a minor bureaucrat who doesn’t like gays (funny how that keeps happening), this is what was going on in the rest of the world:
- The French, German and Russian foreign ministers met in Berlin. What do you suppose they discussed, given what Putin did next?
- In advance of their globalist clown show, the UN called for worldwide internet censorship, ‘out of concern for women’. Ha. Concern for women. I guess that’s why THEY APPOINTED SAUDI FUCKING ARABIA TO HEAD UP THEIR HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL? A country where women cannot drive, that funds global terrorist groups that are right now raping women to death, a regime that beheads more people than ISIS? Golf clap, you fucksticks. Golf fucking clap.
- NASA did its usual hyper-ritual thing by pre-announcing a ‘big announcement’ the morning after a blood moon eclipse, timed for precisely the same moment Obama was addressing the UN.
You may have missed all of this under the absurd MSM cocksuckery surrounding the head of a paedophile bank’s visit to NYC… honestly it’s rare to see such fawning coverage outside of the BBC’s treatment of the Queen. But let’s look at Pope Frank’s little globalist Roman Triumph down to the Rockefeller-donated UN and his subsequent words… because the whole thing is a fullblown demonic disaster.
I actually wanted to go point by point through the UN’s Global Goals and translate them into reality from their social-media-button-friendly little statements, seeing as the response from the wider internet has been… well, it’s been moronic. Evidently it seems some people are stupid enough to mistake their ‘pagan’ spirituality for Monsanto and Halliburton’s five year plans. The most powerful people on earth come together during a blood moon eclipse, on the 70th anniversary of their own Rockefeller-funded founding, and we get pretty icons… 17 of them, no less. (Which gives you yet another clue toward their ritualised nature.) Conveniently, another website has already de-globalisted the ‘global goals’ for us. I’m in broad agreement with most of these observations, my addenda are in italics.
- Goal 1: End poverty in all its forms everywhere
Translation: Centralized banks, IMF, World Bank, Fed to control all finances, digital one world currency in a cashless society. Specifically this will take the form of IMF loans to emerging markets -after their collapse as described above- that MUST be spent on developmental assistance provided by western corporations. Everywhere is gonna get the Ukraine treatment.
- Goal 2: End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture
Translation: GMO. Transnational agreements pushed through national parliaments at the behest of Monsanto, Nestle, etc.
- Goal 3: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
Translation: Mass vaccination, Codex Alimentarius. TPP-based removal of national laws regarding medicine costs so that the whole world gets American pharma’s fully privatised system.
- Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
Translation: UN propaganda, brainwashing through compulsory education from cradle to grave. A centralisation of what ‘is’ and ‘isn’t’ reality… Common Core for the whole planet.
- Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
Translation: Population control through forced “Family Planning”. Full medicalisation of all women’s bodies and the continued disruption of social and family structures that provide alternatives to state/corporatist intervention, such as multi-generational family homes. This one also provides ‘air cover’ for the sort of sweeping censorship nonsense that uses the legitimate quest for equality to sneak in global thought policing. See above.
- Goal 6: Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all
Translation: Privatize all water sources, don’t forget to add fluoride. IMF loan money going to western companies.
- Goal 7: Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all
Translation: Smart grid with smart meters on everything, peak pricing. IMF loan money going to western companies.
- Goal 8: Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
Translation: TPP, free trade zones that favor megacorporate interests. Global wage deflation a la what happened to America following NAFTA. European accountants competing for jobs with people in countries that pay 80% less, and so on.
- Goal 9: Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation
Translation: Toll roads, push public transit, remove free travel, environmental restrictions. Just put it on the IMF credit card.
- Goal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries
Translation: Even more regional government bureaucracy like a mutant octopus. Goal 10 is specifically the TPP… wage cost deflation, offshoring of high cost jobs to low cost regimes, and so on.
- Goal 11: Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable
Translation: Big brother big data surveillance state. Google and the NSA also get their own goal.
- Goal 12: Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns
Translation: Forced austerity. This is even more alarming. This is full-blown redistribution.
- Goal 13: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts
Translation: Cap and Trade, carbon taxes/credits, footprint taxes. This is also a land grab: forceable seizure of ‘at risk’ land from indigenous groups.
- Goal 14: Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development
Translation: Environmental restrictions, control all oceans including mineral rights from ocean floors. Another land grab, except this time it’s water. Indigenous fishing and access rights put at risk, as well as energy resource ownership.
- Goal 15: Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss
Translation: More environmental restrictions, more controlling resources and mineral rights. This one is basically filler, after the last few. Is the word ‘terrestrial’ redundant here? What other ecosystems does the UN know about? Or are ‘extra’ terrestrial ecosystems bound under different agreements? Or WILL THERE be ‘extra’ terrestrial ecosystems bound under different agreements by 2030?
- Goal 16: Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels
Translation: UN “peacekeeping” missions, the International Court of (blind) Justice, force people together via fake refugee crises and then mediate with more “UN peacekeeping” when tension breaks out to gain more control over a region, remove 2nd Amendment in USA. This is NATO’s new remit as a world army… which it has been since the fall of the Soviets.
- Goal 17: Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development
Translation: Remove national sovereignty worldwide, promote globalism under the “authority” and bloated, Orwellian bureaucracy of the UN. More TPP nonsense.
All of this reminds me of Reverend Lovejoy’s most famous quote. “You ever sat down and read this thing? Technically we’re not allowed to go to the bathroom.” The whole ‘point’ of Pope Frank now becomes clear: to put a smiling, popular face on the biggest-ever attempted theft in history. Not only are these ‘goals’ just the most appalling outgoing-archon dreck, but they’re issuing for a non-state organisation with an even worse track record. Here’s Paul Craig Roberts’ opinion on that:
Today is the 70th anniversary of the UN. It is not clear how much good the UN has done. Some UN Blue Hemet peacekeeping operations had limited success. But mainly Washington has used the UN for war, such as the Korean War and Washington’s Cold War against the Soviet Union. In our time Washington had UN tanks sent in against Bosnian Serbs during the period that Washington was dismantling Yugoslavia and Serbia and accusing Serbian leaders, who tried to defend the integrity of their country against Washington’s aggression, of “war crimes.”
The UN supported Washington’s sanctions against Iraq that resulted in the deaths of 500,000 Iraqi children. When asked about it, Clinton’s Secretary of State said, with typical American heartlessness, that the deaths of the children were worth it. In 2006 the UN voted sanctions against Iran for exercising its right as a signatory of the non-proliferation treaty to develop atomic energy. Washington claimed without any evidence that Iran was building a nuclear weapon in violation of the non-proliferation treaty, and this lie was accepted by the UN. Washington’s false claim was repudiated by all 16 US intelligence agencies and by the International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors on the ground in Iran, but in the face of the factual evidence the US government and its presstitute media pressed the claim to the point that Russia had to intervene and take the matter out of Washington’s warmonger hands. Russia’s intervention to prevent US military attacks on Iran and Syria resulted in the demonization of Russia and its president, Vladimir Putin.
Jon Rappoport phrases it in a slightly more amusing way.
Poverty, hunger, climate change. Solving these problems is the announced objective, tying together Obama, the Pope, and the UN.
A moment’s reflection reveals the absurdity of their high-flying rhetoric.
Would you trust these three to reduce poverty in the world, when none of them can point to a single prior success in drastically reducing poverty in any nation in the world?
They want the population of planet Earth to submit to their strategies based on a zero track record.
It’s insane on the face of it.
And if populations weren’t so hypnotized by high flying language, they might wake up and realize what’s happening.
“Well, I’m a community organizer with a little time served as a state and national senator, and I know how to wipe out the poverty of five billion people.”
Memo to Obama, the Pope, and the UN: Before you tie the planet to a carbon tax, cap and trade, the universal redistribution of energy and food, and massive regulations governing industrial production and consumption-limits, demonstrate your ability to take a single country, a single province, a single city, even a single town, and improve the standard of living there. Let’s see you do it. Let’s see how you do it.
This is what any reasonable person would demand.
A reasonable person would demand it. However there were few reasonable people at the blood moon gathering of the globalist coven. Which is typically when they lay on the ritual nice and thick. So… the morning after the eclipse, as Obama was opening his mouth to spew what is at this point 98% Newspeak, NASA was simultaneously announcing not only water on Mars, but that this ‘New World’ might be habitable. Literally baptised with the water of the War God (there was even a Pope handy) was the announcement of a New World.
That right there, kids, was Armstrong’s peak in government. That is when all the ramping and ramping and ramping of the AngloAmerican imperial agenda reached its apogee: the stitching together of a ‘habitable new world’ (which they’ve known about for decades) with their plans for a fullblown planetary corporatocracy by 2030. What happened next?
Somebody said nyet.
One Russian voice. Then a Syrian one. Then a Chinese one. Then an Iranian one. Then an Argentinian one. Then on the day of the turning point itself, the Palestinian flag was raised for the first time at the UN against America’s wishes. And yet another Hillary email reveals just how intimately involved with the creation of ‘truth’ this sick edifice really is. Little stones beginning their tumble from the summit of Centralisation down toward the base of the mountain, where Decentralisation lives.
And then Putin started bombing terrorists. Ask yourself, when was the last time in history a foreign power was allowed to bomb CIA assets and get away with it?
Not just bombing, but bombing with such confidence and success that they think they’ll be done in a matter of weeks, when NATO has had almost two years of bombing and the ‘threat’ has only grown. That alone speaks volumes. With China and Iran now involved the world has pivoted before your very eyes from unipolar to multipolar. Putin called Obama’s bluff about how the world needs to come together to defeat terrorism. And it did, leaving the west contorting itself into the most absurd comments issuing from AngloAmerican media about how ‘Putin bombing terrorists is aiding terrorism’.
Throw in the fact that Europe doesn’t want the US/Saudi backed destabilisation of the Middle East as it’s generating the current refugee crisis, and once again the BRICs -particularly Russia- have run rings around Washington’s neocons by doing exactly what they are told. I would not want to have the last name of Saud when the Iranian/Sino/Russo/Syrian coalition pushes those hyper-armed psychopaths back into Saudi Arabia, by the way. The chessboard has been reset. For better or for worse -and probably both- the global goals will go unfulfilled.
Return to Dublin
There is something very Taoist -in an Ursula LeGuin way- about folding a cycles model into your metaphysics. The world is going to do what it is going to do and -as with any energy flow- you adjust your course to the changed conditions or have them destroy you. This is what astrology was, too, before its Chaldean codification: a flow model. (This also posits a shared Neolithic Eurasian origin for Taosim and western star lore but you’ll have to wait for the book for that.)
Dublin is a good place to contemplate apocalypses. Firstly, they got it severely in the neck during the last financial crisis -which is a fart in a hurricane compared to what’s coming- but, as you will know from a casual reading of Irish history, enduring apocalypses is something of a Celtic speciality. It is different to the resilient, Roman-walled approach of London -itself no stranger to apocalypses (both causing and enduring them). Dublin retains a sense of the ‘organic importance’ of life. Children still play in the streets, their indigenous population is breeding at above replacement levels -a rarity in Europe. And family, simple fun and song -however cliched that sounds- are still evident in a modern, urban environment. This is how you ride out apocalypses: by focusing on what is really important in life.
I had a taxi driver give me marital advice; “never, ever take him for granted because once it’s gone you can’t get it back,” before spontaneously oversharing how he had taken his wife for granted. This is not London behaviour. In London they just complain about immigrants or the weather, and even if they were physically on fire, they would refuse to tell you about it.
I was also fortunate enough to encounter, on the fringes of the conference, a vibrancy and cultural confidence about and on the edge of western Europe… collectives setting up events in the old nineteenth century shipping tunnels in Cork, flying in Icelandic composers, bringing these events to Dublin and sharing the whole thing through the kind of post-digital, online-to-offline network I have been bleating about for the past year.
It was in this context that I was introduced to Talos, based in Cork but playing in Dublin while I was there, and his new track, In Time, the lyrics from which gave this post its title. Right there, the evening of the ECM turning point, out with archons and artists, I heard the musical version of this metaphysical flow model. I commend it to you. Headphones in and sound up.
Now, go find the syncs surrounding the mythological Talos as cyborg protector of European culture against the destabilised forces of piracy and collapse.
Because that’s just how this flows… in time.
