It has been interesting to observe the reduced predictability of the shadow state over the last fifteen or so months. When the archonology series began, you could set your watch by it… particularly post-Snowden. (Snowden certainly silenced some of the peanut gallery grumblings.)
The increasingly erratic behaviour of the western power structure -what I called the War in Heaven– seems to be down to those at the fulfilment level of The Plan (German Chancellors and so on) realising what is actually going on… in Dr Kripal’s parlance, they’re losing one of their worlds: that of benign, transnational liberalism. I think their paymasters’ masks have slipped and they’re getting their first glimpse at what’s behind it, as well as what the actual plan is.
Germany is at the epicentre of this. I think they quickly realised the refugee onboarding had very little to do with liberal heart bleeding and improving the medium-term economic efficiency of the country. Tying the hands of the police in preventing assaults and gagging the mouths of local media in publicising them probably did it… the country is to be deliberately polarised. Hence we’re seeing some weird flip-flopping on deportation/repatriation and so on.
At an EU level, Brussels has probably worked out they’ve been put on notice, at least in their current form. So they’re also scrambling to keep the gravy train on the tracks. Deutsche Bank is taking open and public aim and Mario Draghi’s looming plans for helicopter money and pushing interests rates further into the negative, the head of the Bundesbank is publicly mocking -and warning us about- the plans to fully digitise currency. Draghi will still do both, or at least attempt to.
Putin waited until Syria was about to blow up in America’s face -which it would have if Turkey and Saudi Arabia had publicly intervened (as opposed to their non-public interventions) before using the Sun Tzu strategy of ‘building his enemy a golden bridge’. He agreed to fake remove much of the Russian presence -they’re only twenty minutes away by air and have achieved their objectives anyway- so that Kerry and NATO can claim some of its dignity back. We actually have Putin to thank, once again, for the war clock winding backwards from one minute to midnight to two minutes to midnight.
In her Q1 wrap-up, Catherine Austin Fitts says that “Mr Global has blown the whistle and put the elites on notice” that they’re about to be radically downsized. They are hugely expensive, after all. And it is this hugely expensive fulfilment layer -Brussels, ‘our friends and allies in the Middle East’, etc- that is going feral as a result.
How feral are we talking? Probably pretty feral. The Saudis are threatening to sell their US Treasury reserves if Congress publishes those 28 pages of the 9/11 report that completely lay the blame where it belongs: with them (and by extensions the Bush/Cheney/Neocon/Mossad axis).
To be honest, they’ll probably end up having to do that anyway. A softening dollar is the exact same thing as a strengthening oil price… which they also desperately need as they’re out of money.
But they’re not needed because oil isn’t needed. So, paraphrasing CAF, Mr Global’s middle management -once necessary when oil was necessary- can be downsized. The Rockefeller Trust left oil six months before the price tanked and now half the US military contracting industry is crowing about their fusion tech, as is Germany, China and to a lesser extent Japan. (Which means these toys are well beyond proof-of-concept and are probably already in the field, on planet or off.)
Right on schedule for Armstrong’s rising War Cycle and Third Party Politics cycle, the play-out of this ‘war in heaven’ is the bewildered surprise and increasingly panicked responses from the existing elite to Brexit and the US Presidential Selection ‘race’. The old manipulative toys aren’t working. Check it this coverage from America’s diverse and independent media landscape:
Gee… do you think they all got the same memo?
We’ve spoken before about the Taoist concept of the Mandate of Heaven… which is something the ruling powers can lose if they betray what we’d call in the west the consent of the governed. At this end of the game, that betrayal can be considered effectively total. So these middle layers are now fearful from two directions. From below -from us– and from above.
It’s moronic of them to have expected any outcome but downsizing. They’ve spent the last thirty years -as I have repeatedly said- building out the legal and economic infrastructure to allow these breakaways to operate with impunity on this planet… and they’ve just granted imperial ‘finders keepers’ rights to everything off planet. Their job is done:
- The energy systems are in play/will be in play by 2020.
- Corporations are now pretty much legally immune from state intervention across much of the planet.
- Digital payment systems have been thoroughly prototyped (bitcoin, etc), full monetary surveillance is in place and the physical cash ban has begun.
- Private armies stalk the earth in numbers we haven’t seen since the Dark Ages.
I think it’s not just the middle layer that’s been put on notice. I think a lot of the so-called growth areas that function largely as smoke screens are also being wound up. Regular readers won’t need convincing that the Kurzweillian model of AI was never going to work because it is based on the preposterous, pseudo-scientific premise that mind equals brain and that ‘all you needed to do’ was build a device as technologically complex as a brain to ‘make’ consciousness. The fact that Google pulled the plug on so much of its robotics and AI is presumably part of the same radical downsizing: we don’t need busy work for all these nerds anymore. We have something much better.
Chris and I have been talking about the extremes of super-elite ritual behaviour of late. These include domed, climate-controlled cities in Dubai and their odd Annunaki portal rituals coming up in London. Some of this could just be the ritual equivalent of a victory lap. (FWIW, I think they’re signalling –getting their attention, if you will- that the job’s done.)
The cobra effect is when a proposed solution actually makes things worse. Today we are standing in the middle of a cobra-filled snake pit and that’s actually the ‘good’ news. I’ve been surprised by the number of questions I’ve received since The Chaos Protocols came out around what kind of ‘direct action’ we can take… what we can ‘do’ about it. Nothing! They’re all cobra effects. Look:
- Crying to Tyranny that you need a kiddy ballroom so you can quietly sit and colour in your children’s placemat away from the real world.
- Insisting Tyranny restrict the one thing it actually fears -free speech and enquiry.
- Romanticising failed totalitarian regimes from the dustbin of history as if this time they’ll definitely work.
These three are all examples of asking the scorpion on your back not to poison you as you swim it across the river. The historical precedent isn’t really on your side. And yet here we all are, polarised and hysterical, literally asking Tyranny to intervene further in our lives. The mind control has been dialled up to 11.
I guess it’s just a bit disappointing that groups of people who consider themselves in some sense ‘attuned’ to the universe display a real lack of sophistication to these actual forces. You are one tarot spread away from realising -as I’ve said repeatedly- that as this superstructure approaches 100% corruption it is also ending and we will bounce, shake and slide into a multi-polar world regardless. The Mandate of Heaven has been withdrawn, stay out of history’s way for a few years. Russia and China aren’t going to put up with this nonsense for very long. Let the Titans battle it out and we can remake the universe with their corpses when it’s done, just like in the old legends.
As of today, this is not the kind of space weather you want to be caught out in. Take it away, Austin Coppock:
Antares is especially keyed into ambition, and is considered by several authors to signify dangerous ambitions, those that through hubris tempt one toward disastrous ends. Unsurprisingly, one of Antares’ signature story lines is entails the precipitous fall of eminent figures. The state of the American presidential elections, and the names mentioned in the Panama papers guarantee that this story will get told a number of times this season. If Mars backing away from Antares tells us anything, it may be a suggestion to reconsider our riskiest plans.
While the retrograde station sees the red planet retreat from Antares, Mars will indeed return to face his rival. In mid-August, Mars will conjoin Antares again, but with Saturn for company. It is an extraordinary coincidence and point of emphasis that Mars’ stations atop Antares and that this rare event is followed by a similarly-rare Mars-Saturn conjunction atop Antares only months later. There can be no doubt that ambitions are due to be melted down, refined, and reforged in the furnace of the Azure Dragon’s heart.
Where the snake pit becomes good news is that, unlike the last few times this has happened over the course of human history, the components of your personal liberation have never been closer to hand. Hyper-connected, semi-analogue networks of peopled aligned around shared purpose, instantaneous access to food growing best practice, the rise of non-monetary exchange platforms (you can’t tax meal sharing or art swapping). I discuss all this with Charles.
There are battles and there are wars. You have to withdraw from some to win the others.
